I currently work as a Content Writer with Oracle's product-training platform, Oracle Cloud University. 

In collaboration with leading Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), I work on developing key informational and promotional content on Oracle's SaaS products and applications. The projects that I have worked on have involved:

-Developing and redrafting product articles on SaaS products using content from Subject Matter Experts. 

-Working on copyedits and content edits for web content on products. 

-Creating and developing curricular material such as use cases, solution guides and lessons on some of Oracle's products including Oracle’s Autonomous Blockchain Cloud Service, Oracle Analytics Cloud and various Oracle SaaS products.  

-Creating training material outlining guidelines and standards for Oracle University content and scripting and narrating presentations on the same.  

-Performing UI/UX testing for numerous features on Oracle's Launchpad website.

Worked on developing promotional content for a multidisciplinary repository of curriculum (Case-studies) on urbanization in the global south. 

-Researched current and potential audiences and users for the educational repository

-Curated content from repository for social media promotions 

-Collated and analyzed data on user traffic and engagement with Google Analytics and    adapted media strategies accordingly

-Drafted briefs, emailers and other communications content for the project website. 

-Created and managed social media handles of the community informatics initiative of the organization.
-Analyzed field data-sets to facilitate the planning of interventions
-Co-directed a video documentation of the organization's work in a short primer 
-Conducted a comprehensive site-crawl for website migration work

Explored best practices in On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO and Off-site SEO. Performed SEO audit on an example website with keyword suggestions to improve search rankings. 

Learned best practices for multipurpose graphic design, design critique and used Canva, Inkscape and Powerpoint for poster designs. 

This was the course that led me to build my own website and also inspired the format and tone of posts under 'Grey Matter.' Covered the latest techniques of content strategy for maximizing user engagement.
