Context

The Propel Conferences

Propel started out in 2019 as an annual meeting for software developers from different product areas of Oracle.
Propel was started to enable developers across different product areas to exchange knowledge on best practices and emerging opportunities in product development.
As moving to the cloud became more essential to organizations, more impetus was given to expand Propel into a larger, org-wide initiative consisting of annual conferences, hackathons, podcasts, as well as a business incubator.

Propel Zoom Background

As nearly 100% of the meetings were on Zoom, the team decided to leverage the Zoom background feature as a free marketing canvas for the Propel 2021 conference event. This background was used by the SVP and VP of the SaaS Engineering org.
