Context

The Propel Conferences

Propel started out in 2019 as an annual meeting for software developers from different product areas of Oracle.
Propel was started to enable developers across different product areas to exchange knowledge on best practices and emerging opportunities in product development.
As moving to the cloud became more essential to organizations, more impetus was given to expand Propel into a larger, org-wide initiative consisting of annual conferences, hackathons, podcasts, as well as a business incubator.

After workshopping a series of content ideas, this was selected as the final version of of content and visuals to go on the live Propel website. The hook "3 days...2 time zones...1 mega event" was also used by the exectuive program chair to introduce the Propel 2021 conference.
